Art Psychotherapy

I am a registered arts therapists with the HCPC. I have an MA in Art Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths, UCL and over 10 years experience working in NHS (CAMHS and Adult mental health), in charities, education and childcare.

You do not have to be a brilliant artist to do art therapy. It really doesn't matter at all. I I am interested in how you feel and we can talk about that, but sometimes art making is a good way to explore feelings that we are unclear about. It can be a way of working through thoughts and feelings, or provides tools to express yourself, when words are not enough.

This is a gentle approach to psychotherapy and together we will explore patterns of thinking and narratives that make you who you, are at a pace that feels safe.
